While the work they completed on my parents' house to prepare it for sale was minor in scope for them, they always treated me and my requests with prompt, kind, and thoughtful attention. Beyond being very happy with affordable solutions that never sacrificed quality, and was communicative and flexible about when and how work was performed ( such as arranging work around the special needs and schedules of those residing in the house while work was being done). They were knowledgeable, careful, and left everything neat and clean after each day's construction. Clarke Building Company completed a residing of our entire Ipswich home with James Hardy Cedar Impressions. The project was on schedule despite uncertain weather conditions. We are very happy with the final product and have neighbors work outside the contract was priced reasonable and unused materials returned to supplier was credited to the final payment.
